Lachanee Edwards is a Registered Nurse who performs cosmetic consultation and treatment services at Darwin Dermatology Aesthetics and Ologist. She assesses patients for suitability for cosmetic injectable treatments and performs treatments with a strong focus on subtle, natural-looking outcomes and patient-centred care.

Lachanee has been an integral member of the Darwin Dermatology Aesthetics and Ologist team for more than five years. During this time, she has worked closely alongside Consultant Dermatologists Dr. Dev Tilakaratne and Dr. Chris Ross across a wide range of dermatological, procedural and cosmetic settings.

Through this close collaboration, a shared philosophy around cosmetic injecting has developed — centred on delicate, conservative enhancement rather than dramatic alteration. This approach focuses on subtle relaxation of selected muscles to soften features and refresh appearance while maintaining natural facial movement and individual character. The emphasis is on refinement, balance and a minimalist aesthetic approach.

In addition to her cosmetic role, Lachanee is heavily involved in procedural and clinical operations within the practice. Her broader responsibilities include:

• Assisting with surgical procedures performed on-site
• Coordinating colonoscopy procedures for surveillance purposes
• Assisting with the logistics and coordination of capsule endoscopy services
• Supporting day-to-day clinical workflow and patient care across multiple areas of the practice
